3. The heating element damage

Processing: check whether the heating element is damaged, the line is connected.
4. The transformer temperature rise and high voice

Processing: check whether the SCR is damaged.
5. The actual temperature can't keep up with program
Status: the instrument shows temperature is far lower than the set temperature.
Processing: probably instrument current limit value or limiting value is too small, if the current limit value has been set to 170 a, is a program set curve heating rate is too high, more than actual equipment capacity.
