This according to the requirements of each group of furnace tube products is set suitable temperature curve, 3 zones synchronous work, complete product vacuum annealing or nitrogen, argon gas protection atmosphere.

2. Working temperature: 350-600 ℃.
3. The furnace tube size: Φ 156 x 1100 mm (diameter x length).
4. Heating method: electric heating module heating furnace tube.
Set temperature range of 5. Count: a total of 24 independent temperature control zones, each of the furnace tube three separate zones.
6. The temperature control precision: + / - 1 ℃.
7. The temperature control mode: single-phase solid state relay SSR control.
8. Furnace shape (not including control cabinet) is about: 2700 x 1400 x 1850 mm (L * W * H).
