N2 gas protection continuous rotary calcination furnace successfully through the acceptance

     Recently, my company design and manufacture of N2 gas protection continuous rotary calciner has successfully through the user acceptance. This equipment is mainly used in the anode material of lithium iron phosphate calcination process. Equipment with special new type of structure, more suitable for lightweight mixed powder material calcined under N2 protection of atmosphere environment.

Main technical parameters of equipment:
1. The highest temperature: 900 ℃.
2. Working temperature: 800 ℃.
3. The furnace tube size: 600 x 9000 mm.
4. The number of sets of temperature control: 8 groups.
5. The temperature control precision: plus or minus 1.5 ℃ or less.
6. Installed power: 120 kw.
7. The roller speed: 0 ~ 3 RPM, stepless adjustable in a row.
8. Normal throughput: no more than 6 nm3 / h.
Equipment structure's brief introduction:
This equipment mainly consists of furnace body, feeding transmission device, roller gear, discharging device, pneumatic system, electrical control part, etc.
(a) furnace parts:
Furnace body part is mainly composed of furnace lining, roller, furnace, etc.
(2) the feeding transmission device:
Feeding conveyer by feeding the seal storehouse, into the hopper, barrel body, spiral feeding devices, sprocket, governor, motor, etc. Furnace is mainly composed of furnace lining, roller, furnace, etc.
(3) the roller drive:
Drum drive part set in the feeding section of the furnace body, by the chain wheel, gear reducer, frequency converter, speed regulating motor, gears, etc.
(4) pneumatic system:
In order to meet the need of lithium iron phosphate material sintering by anaerobic working environment, have fill nitrogen gas circuit system of protection device Settings.
(5) electric parts:
Electrical parts by electronic control parts, temperature control and the composition of industrial computer detection system.
Electric control part is mainly composed of button, contactor, air switch, etc, and control the operation of the transmission parts.
(6) the material transfer device:
